I booked through jetsaustralia.com, and the flight itself was mostly fine from what I could tell, but the service onboard left me a little disappointed.

The crew didn’t come across as especially interested, though maybe they were just busy or having an off day. It felt like it took quite a while to get a drink, and the snacks were basic. I also didn’t notice much checking in after takeoff, at least around where I was sitting.

For what I paid, I guess I expected a bit more. It definitely wasn’t a terrible trip, and maybe other flights are better, but based on this one experience I’m not in a hurry to book again.

The flights themselves were totally fine, but the ground transfer was a bit of a mess. After we landed, we waited around for quite a while without getting much information, and the driver didn’t seem to know the updated pickup time. About 20 minutes in I called to check, then had to call again later because we still weren’t sure what was happening. It did all work out in the end, but after a long day of travel it felt badly organised and made the last part of the trip more stressful than it needed to be.

I tried booking through Jets Australia, i still remember how annoying it felt sitting there thinking I’d found a good option, only to be told it wasn’t actually available. A lot of the aircraft that showed up online weren’t open when I asked about them, so it turned into this back-and-forth that just wasted my time. Maybe I caught them at a bad moment, but it left a frustrating impression and I ended up giving up.

The trip was okay overall. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible—just okay, okay enough that I’d maybe consider using them again sometime, but I’m still not totally sure.

It is not bad, but it is not totally convincing either.

I booked this for a group and it felt messy. Things were a bit unclear and it took more effort than it should have so I probably would not choose it again for a group...

At first I was annoyed because getting help took way longer than I expected. I was sitting there thinking, great, this is going nowhere. But then once they finally got back to me, they actually sorted the issue out and were decent about it. So yeah, the wait was frustrating, but in the end they did help.

Booking the jet ski was straightforward overall. I mean, it wasn’t hard or anything... but a couple of the pages were slow to load, and I found myself checking my details more than once just to be sure everything went through right. Got it done in the end without much stress, though. It just could’ve been a little clearer in a few spots.

I got on the plane and my first thought was, wow, this is really clean. The seats looked fresh, the tray table was clearly wiped down, and everything just felt well taken care of. I was comfortable the whole flight and have zero complaints

The plane was really comfy and clean, and the seats had decent space so I didn’t feel squished at all. The cabin was quiet too, which made it easy to just kick back and relax. Way better than I expected, tbh. I’d definitely fly with Jets Australia again.

Silly me. It wasn’t awful enough to ruin the whole trip, but I definitely wouldn’t get on board expecting a great meal.
